Robert C. Hinze, DPM

Dr. Robert Hinze attended undergraduate school at University of Nebraska, Lincoln (UNL). He completed his medical school studies through Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine (TUSPM) in Philadelphia, PA in 2001. He completed 2 residency programs, Temple Northeastern and Chestnut Hill, both in Philadelphia.

Dr. Rob Hinze began his podiatric practice on July 12, 2004 in McCook at 306 West D Street, in the same building with his brother Dr. Todd Hinze (chiropractor) and their father Dr. Steve Hinze (oral surgery). Within the first month of business he realized there was a great need for podiatry services in Southwest Nebraska. He expanded his practice into the Holdrege area where he currently shares a building with Dr. Grant Hinze, DDS, his uncle.

Within the last 18 years of business, Dr. Hinze, with two main offices in McCook and Holdrege, expanded his services to outreach clinics in Imperial, Benkelman, Franklin, Minden, Cambridge, Colby KS, Norton KS and Quinter, KS. Also included are nursing home visits in Wauneta and Trenton.

In addition to all outreach clinics and nursing homes, Dr. Hinze provides surgical services and is credentialed at the hospitals in McCook, Benkelman, Imperial, Cambridge, Holdrege, Minden, Franklin, Colby, Norton and Quinter.

Dr. Hinze is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), and is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeon (ACFAS.) Locally, Dr. Hinze is active in St. Patrick’s Church and School and Knights of Columbus. He also helps coach 4H Shooting Sports and Junior Olympic shotgun competitions.
